BASE CHAKRA

 

This is located at the bottom of the spine.

Its colour is red.

Crystals for base chakra: Obsidian, Garnet, Red Jasper, Black Onyx.

 

SACRAL CHAKRA

 

This is located round the pelvic area and reproductive organs.

Its colour is orange.

Crystals for sacral chakra: Tigers eye, Carnelian, Bloodstone, Orange Calcite.

 

SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA

 

This is located around the stomach area.

Its colour is yellow.

Crystals for solar plexus chakra:  Citrine, Amber, Rutilated Quartz, Yellow Topaz.

 

HEART CHAKRA

This is located across the breast bone and heart area.

Its colour is green and pink.

Crystals for heart chakra:  Rose Quartz, Aventurine, Jade, Unakite. 

 

THROAT CHAKRA

This is located in the throat and neck area.

Its colour is blue.

Crystals for throat chakra:  Blue Obsidian, Sodalite, Turquoise, Sapphire.

 

THIRD EYE CHAKRA

This is located in the centre of the forehead.

Its colour is indigo/purple.

Crystals for third eye chakra: Amethyst, Lapis Lazuli, Angelite, Smokey Quartz.

 

CROWN CHAKRA

This is located at the top of the head, around where your fontanelle used to be.

Its colour is white/purple.

Crystals for crown chakra:  Amethyst, Rock Crystal, White Calcite, Clear Quartz.

Clear Quartz is also a universal crystal and is good for all chakras.
